Singapore Leong Khay Kuan awards bursaries to NUS students pursuing master’s degree in Chinese Studies

Singapore Leong Khay Huay Kuan signed an agreement with the NUS Chinese Studies Alumni Association on 19 March to award bursaries to students to pursue Master’s degrees at the Department of Chinese Studies.

The bursaries will be awarded to two students every year for the next two years, with each student receiving $10,000. The agreement was signed in conjunction with the Association’s 15th anniversary dinner. Mr Sam Tan, Minister of State, Prime Minister’s Office and Ministry of Manpower, graced the event as the Guest-of-Honour.
