Check out the Talking slides/Gynae cytology/Hyperchromatic crowded groups. A fantastic use of video to demonstrate focus through the z plane, with the light turned light up, as we do on the optical microscope, to gather all the information in these valuable microbiopsy fragments. If you click on the video playhead you can focus up and down yourself by dragging the slider left and right. The narration is clear and well paced. Bravo Dr Min En Nga! Regards, Amanda Charlton.
