This was due to an issue with a cloud component of LumiNUS, which has been resolved.

[UPDATE 21 Aug, 1745 hrs] The issue with one of the cloud components of LumiNUS has been resolved.
LumiNUS is experiencing intermittent slowness/inaccessibility as of 1640 hrs today.
We are working to diagnose and fix the issue.

Panopto will be upgraded to the latest release on Saturday 10 August from 0400 to 0700 hrs (3 hours). The infrastructure powering our Panopto Cloud site will be updated to increase performance and scalability.
