Over the past day, users of Turnitin may be intermittently receiving the “Pool “ev-app-yang-POOL” is down” error when viewing submissions. Users may also have experienced intermittent slowness and/or freezing when applying QuickMarks or commenting on a submission.
In order to restore full service functionality, Turnitin will be undertaking emergency maintenance on Wednesday 06 April from 1800 hrs for at least one hour.
Please avoid using Turnitin (including Turnitin assignment folders in LumiNUS) during this period.
