The following services will undergo urgent maintenance on Sunday 5 June from 0000 to 0600 hrs (6 hours).

- CIT Help Desk (including LumiNUS Help, CIT Services Help, Digital Assessments Help and Online Exam Support)
These services will not be accessible during the maintenance period.

Wiki.nus will be temporarily accessible on-campus or via VPN only.
During this period, non-NUS users cannot access Wiki.nus.
We will revert to normal operations as soon as it is feasible to do so.

Turnitin error and emergency maintenance – Wed 6 Apr, 1800 hrs
Over the past day, users of Turnitin may be intermittently receiving the “Pool “ev-app-yang-POOL” is down” error when viewing submissions. Users may also have experienced intermittent slowness and/or freezing when applying QuickMarks or commenting on a submission.
In order to restore full service functionality, Turnitin will be undertaking emergency maintenance on Wednesday 06 April from 1800 hrs for at least one hour.
Please avoid using Turnitin (including Turnitin assignment folders in LumiNUS) during this period.
