Some users may have experienced issues logging in to Zoom and/or joining Zoom meetings on Thursday 14 September.
Zoom has investigated and preliminarily fixed the issue.
If you continue to have problems logging in to Zoom or joining Zoom meetings, please contact Zoom Support.
Zoom apologizes for causing the inconvenience.
NUS IT will be scheduling maintenance for NUS login service from Sat 12 June, 2300 hrs to Sun 13 June, 0300 hrs (4 hours).
As such, several CIT services are affected. During this period, you will not be able to login to services such as:
- Poll Everywhere,
- Zoom, and
- any other CIT or NUS application that uses the login page below.

Mac users who have downloaded the Zoom Client for Meetings should update to the latest version as soon as possible due to a critical vulnerability in older versions of the Mac Zoom Client.
You can do so via Zoom’s downloads page or by launching the app and checking for the latest update.
