Turnitin will undergo an emergency maintenance on Thu 28 July from 1500 to 1600 hrs (1 hour). During this time, there may be a minor loss of functionality for instructors.

This is also applicable to Turnitin assignments in LumiNUS and Canvas.

Over the past day, users of Turnitin may be intermittently receiving the “Pool “ev-app-yang-POOL” is down” error when viewing submissions. Users may also have experienced intermittent slowness and/or freezing when applying QuickMarks or commenting on a submission.

In order to restore full service functionality, Turnitin will be undertaking emergency maintenance on Wednesday 06 April from 1800 hrs for at least one hour.

Please avoid using Turnitin (including Turnitin assignment folders in LumiNUS) during this period.
