Due to a hardware degradation, users may have experienced issues with Turnitin on Friday 28 September from 0532 hrs to 0609 hrs. Turnitin has resolved the issue.

Turnitin paper submission and upload issues resolved

You may have experienced issues with submitting and uploading papers to Turnitin. This was due to a software bug.

The issue occurred from Thursday 20 September, 2340 hrs to Friday 21 September, 0010 hrs (30 minutes).

Turnitin has resolved the issue and apologizes for causing the inconvenience.

[REMINDER] Turnitin and iThenticate maintenance from Sat 22 Sep, 2300 hrs to Sun 23 Sep, 0730 hrs

Please be reminded of the scheduled Turnitin and iThenticate maintenance from Saturday 22 September, 2300 hrs to Sunday 23 September, 0730 hrs (8.5 hours) due to planned maintenance.

You will not be able to submit and grade during this maintenance window, so please ensure that any submission deadlines are adjusted to fall outside of the window.

Turnitin paper submission degradation resolved

You may have experienced issues with uploading to Turnitin and viewing Turnitin submissions. This was the result of a service degradation affecting the performance of Turnitin Feedback Studio.

The degradation occurred from Monday 17 September, 0830 hrs to Tuesday 18 September, 0205 hrs (17 hours 35 minutes).

Turnitin has resolved the issue and apologizes for causing the inconvenience.
