Some users may have experienced log in issues to Turnitin on Tue 24 Oct between 0637 hrs to 0706 hrs.
This would have prevented users from accessing the Turnitin service through IVLE.
The root cause has been identified and resolved by Turnitin.

Turnitin and iThenticate will not be available from Saturday 05 August, 2200 hrs to Sunday 06 August, 0400 hrs (6 hours) due to scheduled essential maintenance.
This maintenance also applies to Turnitin submission folders in IVLE.
Where applicable, please be aware no submissions or grading will be possible through Turnitin or iThenticate during the maintenance period. You are advised to set submission deadlines outside of this maintenance window.
