You may have experienced issues with submitting and uploading papers to Turnitin. This was due to a software bug.
The issue occurred from Thursday 20 September, 2340 hrs to Friday 21 September, 0010 hrs (30 minutes).
Turnitin has resolved the issue and apologizes for causing the inconvenience.
