Turnitin and iThenticate will not be available from Saturday 22 September, 2300 hrs to Sunday 23 September, 0730 hrs (8.5 hours) due to planned maintenance.
This is also applicable to Turnitin submission folders in IVLE.
You may have noticed that some Turnitin customers recently experienced intermittent service interruptions or degradation. Turnitin apologises if you were one of the customers affected, and they are happy to report that their services are currently stable.
To prevent further issues of this nature, Turnitin will be performing some proactive emergency maintenance that will temporarily disrupt their services.
Users will not be able to submit and grade during this maintenance window, so please ensure that any submission deadlines are adjusted to fall outside of the window.
