The College of Alice & Peter Tan (CAPT) is an undergraduate residential college based in the National University of Singapore’s University Town. Distinguished by our commitment to meaningful and sustained community engagement, we work to achieve deeper and fuller understandings of a myriad of issues related to communities large and small. These include migrant work, health, education, environmental sustainability, language, agency, autonomy, active citizenship, and countless more.

At CAPT, we believe in supporting student-led efforts to build relationships and work in partnerships with communities and community-based institutions: as CAPTains, we are passionate about exploring different practices and perspectives, and working toward bettering society in thoughtful and meaningful ways.
