My name is Tow Jia Hao. I matriculated into NUS BES as an undergraduate in 2016, specializing in environmental biology. I graduated in 2020 after completing my honours project on quantifying the global illegal wildlife trade, and have now enrolled in the DBS PhD programme focusing on tackling the illegal wildlife trade through trade and market analysis, as well as online trade.

I am a wildlife enthusiast, having worked with the long-tailed macaques in Singapore during my time at NParks as a wildlife manager and NTU as a research assistant. I enjoy wildlife photography and hiking, as well as playing ultimate frisbee during my free time.
