Vexed by the duplication of resources during a youth volunteering trip to Laos in 2011, FASS Economic student, Ms Chua Pei Fen, had started a website that will prevent such instances in the future.

The portal, Care Positioning System, co-founded by graduate student, Mr Lim Yan Chun and full-time national serviceman, Mr Edric Lian, will explain efforts that has been carried out in a particular area and what is needed there.

Together, they hope that the portal will prevent charitable resources from being wasted.

Care Positioning System was registered in March last year and will be launched next month.
