[Resolved] Annotation feature temporarily disabled from Fri 19 Mar

UPDATE The issue has been resolved. Annotation has been re-enabled in LumiNUS Files on Fri 26 Mar.

We note there continue to be intermittent issues which cause comments to go missing in the Annotation feature in LumiNUS Files.

This is an issue with the display of comments. Be assured that the data is not lost.

From Friday 19 March morning, Annotation will be disabled indefinitely to prevent further display errors while we work to fix the issue.

During the disablement period, you will not be able to create new annotations nor view existing annotations.

We also advise you to refrain from creating new comments for the time being.

We apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience while we attempt to resolve the annotation issues.

We will update the status of the Annotation feature once we have more details.

Turnitin emergency maintenance on Sat 13 March from 0132 to 0601 hrs

Turnitin service was unavailable on Sat 13 Mar from 0132 to 0601 hrs (4.5 hours).

During this time, you may have found that you are unable to use Turnitin.

Turnitin announces that this has now been resolved, and apologises for the inconvenience.

Please send a support request to Turnitin only if your similarity report has not been generated 24 hours after submission. (Their normal turnaround time is up to 24 hours.)
