Turnitin and iThenticate will not be available from Tuesday 10 July, 2300 hrs to Wednesday 11 July, 0700 hrs (8 hours) due to planned maintenance.
This is also applicable to Turnitin submission folders in IVLE.
This maintenance is to ensure that services remain stable, particularly during high submission periods. It will include several hardware updates and performance improvements.
No submissions or grading will be possible through Turnitin or iThenticate during the maintenance period. You are advised to set submission deadlines outside of this maintenance window.

Users may have experienced issues with slow document loading times on Saturday 14 April from 0440 hrs to 0520 hrs SGT.
This was the result of a service degradation affecting the performance of Turnitin.
The issue has been resolved.
