Turnitin and iThenticate maintenance on Sun 5 Jan from 0000 hrs to 0600 hrs

Turnitin and iThenticate will not be available on Sunday 5 January from 0000 hrs to 0600 hrs (6 hours) due to scheduled maintenance.

This is also applicable to Turnitin submission folders in LumiNUS.

To ensure that services remain stable, particularly during high submission periods, this maintenance will include several hardware updates and performance improvements.

Users will be unable to submit and grade during this maintenance window, so please ensure that any submission deadlines are adjusted to fall outside of the window.

Turnitin report processing time issue

Update, Thu 5 Dec, 2234 hrs: Turnitin service has been restored (statuspage.io). Do clear your browser’s cookies and cache before accessing Turnitin submission folders in LumiNUS.

Turnitin is currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption.

During this time, users who access Turnitin via LumiNUS integration may not receive Similarity Reports.
