[Resolved] LumiNUS intermittent slowness/inaccessibility

[UPDATE 21 Aug, 1745 hrs] The issue with one of the cloud components of LumiNUS has been resolved.

LumiNUS is experiencing intermittent slowness/inaccessibility as of 1640 hrs today.

We are working to diagnose and fix the issue.
