The following services will undergo urgent maintenance from Tuesday 24 March, 2200 hrs to Wednesday 25 March, 0200 hrs (4 hours).

  • CIT Help Desk (including LumiNUS Help, CIT Services Help and Digital Assessments Help)
  • CIT Service Request System

These services will not be accessible during the maintenance period.

Disaster Recovery Drill Affecting IT Services (13-15 Sep 2019)

Dear Everyone,

To ensure our readiness in the event of unforeseen disasters, we will be conducting the Annual IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Drill this weekend. Various IT Services such as those listed will be disrupted during the following periods:
