TechSmith Relay will be unavailable on Monday 21 December from 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs (9 hours) due to a TechSmith Relay upgrade.
During this period, the TechSmith Relay recorder and website will not be able to connect to the server.
You are advised not to create or access screen recordings during this period.
The upgrade to version 5.0.6 is to enable Windows 10 and Mac OS X 10.11 support.
Please uninstall previous versions of TechSmith Relay recorder and install latest version after the upgrade so that the software can upload new recordings to the upgraded servers.
