Service Desk urgent maintenance on Fri 20 Sep, 0400 hrs to 0800 hrs

CIT Service Desk will undergo urgent maintenance on Friday 20 September from 0400 hrs to 0800 hrs (4 hours).

CIT’s help desks will not be accessible and help requests may not be created during this period :

  • CIT Services Help
  • Digital Assessment Help

Disaster Recovery Drill Affecting IT Services (13-15 Sep 2019)

Dear Everyone,

To ensure our readiness in the event of unforeseen disasters, we will be conducting the Annual IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Drill this weekend. Various IT Services such as those listed will be disrupted during the following periods:

The IT Care Counter Service will temporarily relocate to U-Town Visitor Centre (at Stephen Riady Centre Level 1) on Sat 14 Sep 2019 from 8.30am to 12pm, and resume services at NUS IT Level 1 on Mon 16 Sep 2019.
